http://www.thebeerbarrel.net/showthread.php?7553-Boy-9-nicked-for-drink-driving

A SCHOOLBOY aged just nine has been arrested for drink-driving but had to be let go by cops -because he was TOO young.
The lad was breathalysed by police and taken into custody after they spotted him behind the wheel in Cumbria.
But they were forced to let him back on the streets as his age meant he was not old enough to be held accountable for his actions.
The child, who has not been named, was among thousands of under 18s arrested in the north of England over the past two years.

Living as we do, amidst the chaos of Western decline, we flounder for an alternative, on the one hand – enjoined to disregard our very nature, and on the other – to wallow in the effluence of natural human depravity.

The difference, the new beginning remains within our grasp, easily obtainable, but concealed in the raiment of the unknown.

Step off the brink and trust to the parachute of the mind to see you through.

The alternative can only exercise an appeal to the young, single male, as it always has throughout history.

Greenpeace not a charity: court

Greenpeace New Zealand's political activities mean it cannot register as a charity, the High Court has decided.
Greenpeace appealed against a 2010 ruling by the Charities Commission which found its promotion of "disarmament and peace" was political rather than educational and while it did not directly advocate illegal acts, Greenpeace members had acted illegally.

How Online News May Worsen the Problem of Obesity

Obesity researchers from Yale University say that online news outlets overwhelmingly use negative images of overweight people - in ill-fitting clothes or eating fast food - to illustrate stories about obesity. The practice perpetuates fat stigma, the researchers say, and may contribute to obesity itself.
For the new study, the researchers looked at 429 news stories about obesity, along with their accompanying photos, published on five major news websites. Of the photos depicting overweight or obese people, the study found, 72% portrayed them "in a negative, stigmatizing manner."
