Hoover Tactical Firearms managing partner Peyton Zarzour, inventory manager Amy Zarzour and sales manager John Farmer are preparing to move. The two-year-old gun shop is moving across U.S. 31 and into a former Bruno's where it will have pistol and rifle ranges and a deli. (Hal Yeager, The Birmingham News)

A Hoover gun shop is expanding its business in response to a growing market for firearms used for personal protection and law enforcement.
Hoover Tactical Firearms, which opened nearly two years ago on U.S. 31, plans to relocate across the highway to a former Bruno's Supermarket, where the business will add a new lineup of features. Plans call for indoor pistol and rifle ranges, an expanded showroom, classrooms and a deli. The company paid $2.4 million for the property and plans to invest up to $1.5 million in renovations. A key component of the new site will be education for youth and training for law enforcement, said Peyton Zarzour, managing partner of Hoover Tactical Firearms. There are a limited number of area shooting ranges, particularly those that are indoors, where law enforcement officers can obtain training required by the state, he added.

How Many Changes Can You Spot on the New Jack Daniel’s Label?

This one goes out to the expert lushes among you. (So everyone.) For generations, the text on the Jack Daniel's label was the closest many college freshmen ever got to cracking open a book. But the company has decided to revamp their product's look, with a "refinement" that retains the black-on-white aesthetic, while dispensing with many of the quirky stats, boasts and sayings that made it look so cluttered. How many are now missing? And what's there now that wasn't before? Bonus points if you play this drunk.

The Definition of WASPjew

http://www.thebeerbarrel.net/showthread.php?7884-The-Definition-of-WASPjew

The term "WASPjew" was first coined on the SpeakEasy forum during some of the clashes that took place between British/WASP
wannabes (such as Zed and Masty), good white folk of whole or partial Irish descent, and other good white folk who oppose
British imperialism or England for historical reasons.

The term was coined as a pejorative to counter the assertion that "the Irish are the niggers of the white race" or the
pejorative "Hibernigger" (both of which make no sense -- true men and women of Eire and even shanty American micks have
absolutely nothing in common with niggers on any level). The phrase started with the claim that "if the Irish are the
'niggers' of the white race, than the WASPs are most certainly its Jews."

Foul-mouthed, sexist, racist primary school HEADTEACHER is banned from teaching

A primary school headteacher who launched foul-mouthed racist and sexist attacks on staff and parents has been banned from the classroom for life.

Disgraced Simon Parker 'bullied and intimidated' terrified staff and 'belittled' children at Coppice Primary School, Chigwell, Essex, in 2008 and 2009.

A General Teaching Council disciplinary inquiry heard Parker called parents 'Muslim f******' and labelled a supply teacher a 'black bitch'.

He also pulled his eyes sideways to impersonate a Chinese early years teacher adding 'I can't stand them'.

His shocking catalogue of abuse included Parker calling a prospective teacher a 'P*ki' and stating 'we don't want any of those' in respect to a black applicant.
